User Rights
Under KVKK No. 6698 as a data subject you have the following rights. Applications are submitted in writing or through other methods prescribed by Law; responses are provided within thirty days at latest (applicable in accordance with Law and secondary regulations).
Learn whether your data is processed; request and access information if data has been processed.
Request correction if incomplete or incorrectly processed; request erasure or deletion if legal conditions are met per Law.
Object to automatic analysis with adverse results for you; claims for damages and right to complaint to the Personal Data Protection Board (applicable procedures and periods under Law preserved).

You must provide identity verification information and clearly state your request in applications. If your request is not responded to or found insufficient, you may appeal to the Board for complaint.
